2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available for:

  • Duplicate charges or clear billing errors.
  • Unauthorized transactions reported promptly.
  • Successful payment where credits were not delivered and we cannot correct the balance.
  • Major service failures that prevent use of purchased credits for an extended period.

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Credits that have already been used for AI generation.
  • Completed AI image generations, including results that do not match subjective expectations.
  • Change-of-mind purchases after credits have been delivered.
  • Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service.

3. Request Window

Please contact us within 14 days of the transaction for billing errors or refund requests. Legal refund rights in your jurisdiction, if any, are not limited by this policy.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email address.
  • Order number, checkout ID, or payment receipt if available.
  • Date and amount of the purchase.
  • A short explanation of the issue.
  • Any screenshots or supporting details.

5. Review and Processing

We review requests in good faith and may ask for more information. If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method through our payment processor. Bank or card network processing times may vary.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can investigate. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent transactions, excessive disputes, or payment abuse.
